On this page you will find procedures on how to start working with individual systems and easily become familiar with their functions.
Press the Profiles button, select the Data directory, select the Profiles.txt file. The profiles will appear in the upper profile table
Press the Pieces button, select the Data directory, select the Pieces.txt file. The pieces will appear in the upper part table
Click Optimize, it performs bar optimization. You can interrupt it with the Abort button
Once the optimization is finished or you interrupt it, a list of profiles from which pieces can be cut will appear in the lower table.
Click on a profile, the pieces to be cut from the selected profile will appear on the right.
You can save the cutting plan with the File button and print it on the printer with the Print button.
Once you have tried linear optimization, press the Area button in the header, select Sheets and Parts. After optimization, click on the sheet in the lower table and the cutting plan for the selected sheet will appear on the right.
You can view its graphic form with the Graph button.
Similar to linear optimization, you can try out the optimization of oblique cuts by pressing the oblique button. Enter the profile width in the profile table, the example is for the width of profile equal to 20.
The burner button displays the burner path optimization panel. Enter the width of the bridge in the screen header for example 20. An area optimization is performed on the selected data, followed by burner path optimization. In addition to the test and graphic form of the cutting plan, you can view
the burner path as a whole or gradually with the Anim button. You can end the animation with the X button on the right.
Press the Read button, select the Data directory, select the file analyza_opt_sum, the data will be loaded
Check Dependencies under the Learning button and press Learning
When the Network is learned appears, press Control
In the header, you will see dependencies where the function f depends on x and z over 45% and depends on z at least around 2%
Press OK under control and with the right mouse button, delete the variable y in the header, the column will turn gray
Press Learning again.
With the left mouse button, mark x, the column will turn green.
Check Points and press View
Compare the learned curve and points
With Copy, you can save the graph to the clipboard and with ctrl/v, save it to other applications
You can end the learning with the OK button
Press 1 to 3 columns in the header, the columns will turn green. Then press Optimize, the optimization is done in two phases
If the optimization takes a long time, press Stop for each phase. You will see the minimum values
In the top bar of the screen you can enter the network types, optimization criteria and number of iterations
Try other networks one by one. Details are given in the help at the top right. Select Word Help and press Show
Press the Orders button, select One-day Data, select the Orders file, an example of orders will be loaded
Similarly, load Warehouse, Sawmills, Remains, Shifts
Press the Optimization button
The cutting plan for the entered orders for one day will be displayed
You can save the plan to a file using the Plan command
Similarly, you can try an example for solving overtime and a multi-day plan in the data_multi-day and data_overtime directories.
For help, select the help type in the top right and press Select
